About Liana

Who Am I?

Hey there! I'm Liana, and I'm super excited to meet you! With over eight years in social services working with people of all ages—from students to seniors—I've spent most of my time in mental health settings. The last five years have been focused on coaching adults, and these past two years specifically coaching fellow ADHDers.

I've helped adults navigate work-related challenges, college students figure out study habits that actually work for their brains, supported late-diagnosed adults as they navigate their new reality, and guided people through major life transitions and work-life balance struggles. My mental health background means I really get how ADHD intersects with other things like anxiety and depression.

My Story

Getting my own ADHD diagnosis at 30 was a complete game-changer. Suddenly, everything made sense—but I also realized how little support there was for people like us, especially those diagnosed later in life. That personal experience, combined with discovering that my favorite clients to coach were always the ones dealing with ADHD-related challenges, sparked something in me.

I started diving deep into everything ADHD, learning about my own brain and finally stopping the exhausting cycle of trying to force myself into neurotypical boxes. As an ICF Certified Coach with my Bachelor's in Applied Human Sciences and college diploma in Special Care Counselling, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our work together.

My Approach

I take a warm, strengths-based approach because here's the thing: you're not broken. I'm not here to "fix" you—I'm here to help you work with your brain instead of against it. As a fellow ADHDer, I create a space where you can just be yourself and truly feel heard and understood, without having to mask or apologize for how your brain works. That's the beauty of having a coach with ADHD. Those nuanced problems you're dealing with - I get it.

Together, we'll:

  • Discover and harness your unique ADHD brain

  • Develop practical strategies that fit your actual life, not some perfect version of it

  • Build self-compassion and resilience for the tough days

  • Set goals that align with who you actually are, not who you think you should be

Let's Start Your Journey

ADHD coaching has become my passion because I see firsthand how transformative it can be. There's something incredible about watching someone finally understand their brain and start working with it instead of fighting it every single day.
